LOGO DESIGN POLICY

Upon receiving the customer's service request, an invoice summarizing the prices for the service(s) will immediately be sent to the customer's email requesting payment. Upon receiving payment, work can officially commence on the order.

LOGO REVISIONS

During the design process, 2 revisions will be allowed for free with the initial design request. Watermarked examples will be sent to customers to allow them to see work on the logo so far and to allow these revisions if needed.

If you're not satisfied with your design but still would like to work with us, additional revisions are just $5.

​

Once the service is completed, the final product will be sent via email to the customer.
